Aspen Ladd started her combat sports career at the age of 14. She was trained in boxing, kickboxing wrestling, BJJ, and other sports before making her debut as an amateur at the age of 18 in WCFC with Jaimee Nievera. At the end of round three on UFC at ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. She faced Norma Dumont as a substitute for her fight last time with the UFC at UFC Fight Night 195. The fight ended in an unanimous decision.
